Senior Trade Coordinator

We are looking for a Senior Trade Coordinator to be based in Hyderabad who will facilitate trade services, coordinate with client and ensure all certificates and registrations comply with contractual requirements.

• Handle complex cases, escalations, and non-standard certification scenarios; act as the first point of escalation for client and affiliate queries.
• Process certification files in line with Business Rules, Country Instructions, and productivity/quality targets.
• Accurately encode and review data in relevant systems based on trade documents, ensuring completeness and correctness.
• Ensure all certificates and registrations comply with contract requirements and applicable guidelines.
• Coordinate client requests and provide timely, professional responses to ensure client satisfaction.
• Facilitate trade through timely and accurate issuance of Certificates of Conformity in line with applicable rules and KPIs.
• Ensure accurate data entry (fees, invoice numbers, job numbers, etc.) across systems and portals.
• Follow up on and support timely collection of client payments.
• Handle daily operational coordination and respond to queries from clients and affiliates.
• Maintain proper documentation, filing, archiving, and invoicing records.

• Graduate degree or equivalent technical qualification in IT, Science, Commerce or a related field
• Decisive, Assertive and Results Oriented
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English and any other languages are an advantage
• High level of communication and presentation abilities
• Strong knowledge of IT tools and excellent computer proficiency
