We are seeking an experienced Senior Transition Manager to lead and manage complex transitions in the insurance domain, with a particular focus on Property & Casualty (P&C). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of transition management, solution design, and operations setup, preferably within the insurance industry. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions of processes, people, and systems, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum client satisfaction.

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end transitions—from pre-sales solution design to post-go-live stabilization. This is a high-impact role requiring strategic thinking, meticulous planning, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end transition management for large-scale programs across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Partner with sales, solution architects, operations, and IT teams to design customized transition solutions for new client engagements.
• Develop and maintain detailed transition project plans, risk assessments, governance models, and communication strategies.
• Ensure successful knowledge transfer, infrastructure readiness, compliance, training, and operations setup as per defined timelines.
• Serve as the single point of contact for clients during the transition phase and manage key stakeholders across internal and external teams.
• Drive process reengineering, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives during and post-transition.
• Provide domain expertise in insurance, particularly P&C, to tailor solutions aligned with client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure robust documentation, SLA adherence, and operational handover to BAU teams with defined KPIs.
• Track performance against project metrics, timelines, and budgets; provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership.
• Identify risks early, recommend mitigation strategies, and execute contingency plans as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8–15 years of experience in transition management, preferably in the insurance sector (P&C preferred) or related industries.
• Proven experience in managing transitions of insurance processes like underwriting, claims, policy administration, or customer service.
• Strong background in solution design, transition methodology, governance, and risk management frameworks.
• Exceptional program management, stakeholder communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams across global locations.
• Prior experience with client-facing roles, including direct interaction with senior client stakeholders.
• Exposure to process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Insurance, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project/transition management certifications are desirable.
