Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the travel planning process.
• Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and best practices to offer informed recommendations.
• Handle travel-related inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise pre- and post-travel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a travel agent or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
