Key Responsibilities

• Design and customize domestic & international holiday packages based on customer requirements


• Handle client queries and provide suitable travel solutions and recommendations


• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, visa teams, transport vendors, and other travel partners


• Manage bookings, costing, invoicing, and travel documentation


• Ensure a smooth and excellent customer experience throughout the travel journey


• Achieve sales targets and maintain long-term client relationships


• Stay updated with travel trends, destination knowledge, and visa regulations


• Resolve customer concerns and provide timely support before, during, and after travel

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in holiday/travel consulting


• Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations


• Understanding of visa processes, travel documentation, and itinerary planning


• Strong communication, customer handling, and sales skills


• Experience with travel portals, booking systems, and CRM tools preferred


• Ability to manage multiple clients and bookings simultaneously


• Strong organizational and coordination skills
