Senior UI UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the UI/UX design process for new and existing software products, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
  


• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify user needs and behaviors.
  


• Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as necessary.
  


• Collaborate with product teams to define user requirements and integrate user feedback into design improvements.
  


• Create visually appealing design prototypes using tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  


• Ensure that all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and contribute to the development of brand identity.
  


• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to raise the bar for UI/UX design.
  


• Stay updated on current industry trends and technologies, and integrate best practices into design processes.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  


• Practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a must. (Knowledge of Angular/React is a plus)
  


• Minimum of 7 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a software development environment.
  


• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work on digital products and design solutions.
  


• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop or equivalent.
  


• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
  


• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
  


• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
  

Desirable Skills:

• Experience leading design projects or teams.
  


• Understanding of accessibility and inclusivity principles in design.
  


• Experience in conducting A/B testing and interpreting user data.
