About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Senior Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual detail, with hands-on experience editing content for digital, social, or commercial platforms. You'll be responsible for turning raw footage into polished, engaging final products that align with our brand and messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality final videos for social media, marketing, and promotional use


• Work closely with the creative/marketing team to understand project briefs and maintain creative consistency


• Add motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling


• Perform color correction/grading and audio mixing/sound design


• Create rough cuts and final edits, incorporating feedback from stakeholders


• Manage multiple projects/timelines simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines


• Organize and maintain project files, footage, and media assets systematically


• Ensure all final deliverables meet technical specs for the intended platform (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)


• Stay updated with editing trends, formats, and techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience (mandatory)


• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects and/or DaVinci Resolve


• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition


• Experience with color grading and basic sound design/audio mixing


• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects under deadline pressure


• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating past work (mandatory to attach with application)


• Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience with motion graphics/2D animation


• Familiarity with vertical/short-form content (Reels, Shorts)


• Basic knowledge of shooting/camera work
