Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies.

Business Development

Leadership & Team Management
Lead and mentor sales and operations teams to achieve performance goals.
Develop KPIs and performance metrics for departments.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
Strategic Planning
Work closely with executive leadership to align business strategy with organizational goals.
Prepare and present business reports, forecasts, and strategic plans.
Support long\-term growth initiatives including partnerships and market expansion.

Qualifications
Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
12+ years of experience in sales, business development, and operations leadership.
Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and building high\-performing teams.
Experience in IT consulting, SaaS, or technology services is preferred.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with enterprise clients.
Exposure to digital transformation, cloud solutions, or CRM platforms.
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles.
