About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Wealth Advisor – Home Loans who can help build the 0–1 home loans vertical. This role involves working closely with customers, banks, and internal stakeholders while owning the customer journey from consultation through loan closure.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment, take independent decisions, and have strong customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home loan consultations with customers.


• Act as the single point of contact between banks and customers.


• Understand customer requirements and structure home loans in the most financially efficient manner.


• Work with banks to negotiate competitive interest rates and loan terms.


• Handle customer escalations and proactively resolve issues.


• Manage customer journeys, pipelines, and disbursements.


• Track commissions and ensure timely closure of payouts.


• Contribute to building scalable processes and systems for the home loans vertical.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in customer-facing or execution-heavy roles.


• Experience handling HNIs/UHNIs and end-to-end customer journeys.


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.


• Ability to understand complex financial concepts quickly and explain them clearly to customers.


• Strong ownership and ability to take decisions independently.


• Comfortable working in a high-pace environment involving customers, pipelines, and disbursements.


• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in building a 0–1 business vertical.
