Senior/Lead Engineer - Embedded C, MIL 1553

Within the matrix organization of the Engineering Competence Center, the Software Engineer is in charge of the software development activities for MACS-NG.in order to deliver software that meet requirements coming from a Business Lines (B/L), with the adequate quality and maturity level, within schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As a Software Engineer/Lead, you will be a major actor in the embedded/Low level software development phases of MACSNG avionics product. In more details.

• Low-level software development,
• Unit, integration testing
• Debugging and resolving complex problems by using Test Benches and Tools.
• Ensure quality deliveries before hand-off to Quality Assurance teams for further testing and verification.

• Focus on timely delivery with quality and cost.
• Participate in an AGILE team involved in the development.
• Apply and comply with the configuration management process.
• Cascade trustable information to the Senior/Lead Engineers.
• Comply with Organizational policies.

Skills Required

Mandatory Skills:

• Candidate should be strong in Embedded C programming language.
• Should have experiences in embedded software development with RTOS and Verification and Validation skill
• Candidate should be strong in Low-level software development/Embedded Software Development.
• Strong experience in writing Low-level test (LLT) for Low-level requirement (LLR).
• Good experience in configuration management tool.
• Strong experience in native and cross compiler platform.
• Experience or knowledge on Graphics driver development and testing is good to have
• Knowledge on DO178 process and standard is good to have.

Qualifications: B.Tech in Electronics & Communication or related engineering discipline with 4-12 years of relevant experience.

Working experience in Defense\military\Aerospace products development is desirable.
