Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.


• 5–6 years of proven accounting experience in GL/AP profile


• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.


• Proficiency in accounting software .


• Advanced MS Excel skills for financial modeling and reporting.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.


• Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes.


• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and expense management.


• Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.


• Ensure compliance with tax laws, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.


• Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits.


• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.


• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Provide management with timely financial insights and reports for decision-making
