About scanO
scanO is an AI-powered oral health screening platform and a Google for Startups Accelerator company. We detect 40+ oral conditions on a dataset of 1.5 million expert-labeled scans, serving 1,000+ clinics across 9 markets. This role owns two engines: how scanO ranks on search, and how our paid spend turns into qualified leads.
What You Will Own
Performance Marketing (primary, Meta-led)
Own Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) end to end: campaign structure, audiences, creatives, budgets, and scaling. This is core to the role.
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Pan-India campaigns alongside Meta
Own budget pacing, cost per lead, ROAS, and overall campaign ROI
Run continuous A/B tests on audiences, creatives, and landing pages to lower CPL
Work closely with design on ad creative that actually converts
SEO (primary)
Own on-page, technical, and off-page SEO for scanoai.com and all product landing pages
Run regular site audits and fix issues across speed, structure, indexing, and crawlability
Build a keyword strategy mapped to product lines and buyer intent
Grow organic traffic, rankings, and organic-sourced leads against monthly targets
Landing
Page and Conversion
Improve landing page conversion against defined targets, working with design and dev
Own the full path from click to lead across both paid and organic
Content and Social (secondary, lighter touch)
Coordinate SEO-driven blog content and brief freelance writers where needed
Support a basic social posting cadence; this is not the core of the role
Reporting
Maintain one weekly scoreboard: spend, CPL, ROAS, leads, rankings, organic traffic, conversion rate
What We Are Looking For
1.5 to 3 years in performance marketing and SEO, ideally at a startup or B2B/healthtech company
Hands-on Meta Ads experience is a must. You should have personally run and scaled campaigns, not just monitored them.
Strong command of Google Ads, Google Search Console, GA4, and at least one SEO tool (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar)
Proven track record moving real numbers: CPL, ROAS, rankings, or organic traffic
Solid grasp of technical SEO basics (site speed, schema, indexing, redirects)
Strong written English
Bonus: basic HTML, CMS familiarity, or conversion rate optimization experience
