What You’ll Do
- Own day-to-day SEO execution across keyword research, on-page optimisation, and technical SEO.
- Conduct competitor and keyword research to uncover growth opportunities.
- Optimise website content, meta tags, site structure, and internal linking to improve organic rankings and traffic.
- Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Support link-building and off-page SEO initiatives in coordination with vendors and agencies.
- Track keyword rankings, traffic performance, and core SEO KPIs; report impact regularly.
- Stay up to date with algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging SEO opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of hands-on SEO execution experience.
- Strong working knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
- Good understanding of analytics platforms like Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ROI-driven thinking.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally to ship SEO improvements.

- Experience working with fast-growing startups or tech-first companies.
- Familiarity with technical SEO concepts and site performance optimisation.
- Curiosity to experiment, test, and iterate on SEO strategies.
