We are looking for an experienced and strategic SEO Manager with 8+ years of hands-on experience to lead our organic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will own an end-to-end SEO strategy, manage teams and stakeholders, and drive measurable business outcomes through data-driven search optimization across web properties.
Job Title: SEO Manager
You will work closely with Content, Engineering, product, and marketing teams to scale organic traffic, improve rankings for high-intent keywords, and strengthen brand visibility in competitive markets. The ideal candidate will blend traditional SEO mastery with modern trends like AI-driven optimization, semantic search, automation, E-A-T focus, and cross-channel integration to deliver measurable growth in traffic, conversions, and brand visibility.
Define and execute enterprise-level SEO strategies aligned with business and revenue goals
Own organic growth KPIs including traffic, rankings, conversions, and ROI
Lead SEO roadmap planning across technical, content, and off-page initiatives
Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and industry trends
Oversee technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, site architecture)
Partner with content teams to build search-intent–driven content strategies
Perform keyword research, topic clustering, and content gap analysis
Optimize on-page elements (H1–H6, internal linking, metadata, URL structures)
Lead ethical link-building and digital PR strategies
Monitor backlink profiles and manage toxic link mitigation
Improve domain authority and trust signals
Track performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
Build dashboards and executive-ready SEO reports
Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
8+ years of experience managing technical and on and off page SEO, ideally in multiple markets
Proven understanding and success of managing SEO as part of a wider brand strategy
Comprehensive understanding of digital metrics
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4); SEMrush, GSC, adept at data retrieval, dashboard creation, and audience development
Ability to manage time and priorities in alignment with the business goals
Ability to clearly communicate performance and strategy to team lead or internal stakeholders
Good-to-Have:
Experience working in an IT services / software services / digital services company
Exposure to B2B, IT Services, SAAS, Enterprise, FinTech, or Healthcare SEO
Experience with AI-driven SEO tools, automation, and workflow optimization
Knowledge of CRO, UX, and conversion-focused SEO strategies
Experience supporting website migrations, CMS changes, or headless architectures
