What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a self -driven SEO enthusiast who’s hands -on with SEO tools , and comfortable with the basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Someone who can run technical SEO audits, spot content and competitor opportunities, and turn data into clear, actionable insights. The role involves clear communication, staying organized, and bringing sharp analytical thinking to every problem — and above all, curiosity, self -driveness, and being genuinely excited to grow with a fast -paced startup team. What will you be doing?

• Use keyword research and competitor analysis to find opportunities across website pages, blogs, and product pages.
  

• Run technical and content SEO audits to catch issues early and keep the site in good health.
  

• Work on on -page optimization — meta tags, page structure, internal linking, and content improvements.
  

• Build and manage off -page SEO through link -building and outreach.
  

• Track and report organic performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
  

• Stay current with algorithm updates, AI -powered search behavior, and GEO trends.
  

• Work closely with content writers, designers, and developers to keep SEO embedded across the team.
  

Bonus to have

• Experience using AI tools to speed up research, content briefs, or audits.
  

• Familiarity with GEO — how AI platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI Overviews surface content.
  

• Interest in fintech, tax, or personal finance content.
  

Requirements

What will you need to succeed at Quicko?

• A solid working knowledge of how Google ranks pages and what affects that.
  

• Comfortable with tools like Google Search Console, Google Keywords Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog.
  

• Able to look at traffic and ranking data and draw a clear conclusion from it.
  

• Basic familiarity with HTML is helpful but not required.
