We are seeking a Backlink Specialist to lead link building for a diverse set of clients across multiple geographies. This role is crucial in managing the entire backlinking process, from planning and vendor management to quality assurance and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing large-scale backlink campaigns across multiple industries.
Responsibilities
- Backlink Operations Management: Manage high-volume link building efforts, ensuring quality.
- Coordination with SEO Project Managers: Collaborate with project managers to create backlink plans and assist in completing client orders across niches and geographies.
- Vendor Management: Execute backlink plans by raising requirements, reviewing domains, assigning tasks to vendors, monitoring progress, and promptly addressing delays.
- Outreach: Lead outreach campaigns to secure backlinks through personalized communication and build strong relationships with website owners and vendors.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct QA checks to ensure backlinks meet benchmarks & analyze.
- Invoicing Coordination: Manage invoicing with accounts & vendors for timely payments.
- Backlink Workflow Optimization: Refine workflows using AI to scale backlinking operations.
- Staying Updated on Backlink Trends: Stay informed on backlink trends, tools, and algorithm updates to refine strategies.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in backlink management at scale. Strong vendor management and negotiation skills for backlink acquisition.
- Proven ability to manage multi-client, multi-geography backlink campaigns.
- Expertise in tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical skills and first principles thinker.Proficiency in outreach and relationship-building strategies.
