Now, we're scaling—and we need a sharp, hands-on SEO Strategist to help us dominate the SERPs. As part of the marketing team, you'll own and execute our SEO strategy across all digital channels. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, from technical audits and content planning to keyword research and CTA optimization, driving traffic and conversions. You’ll help Infrrd rank for what matters and convert that traffic into pipeline.
What You’ll Own:
SEO Strategy
Develop and maintain a scalable SEO strategy aligned with marketing and business goals.
Define short- and long-term organic growth plans across product lines and campaigns.
Build the SEO roadmap in collaboration with the content, demand gen, and web teams.
Keyword Research & Content SEO
Conduct detailed keyword research for awareness and conversion-driven campaigns.
Translate search intent into content briefs and topic clusters for the content team.
Identify and fill content gaps in both TOFU and BOFU stages.
Execution & Optimization
Run regular website and page-level SEO audits and fix issues (with dev/design support).
Optimize metadata, internal linking, site architecture, structured data, and page load speeds.
Embed conversion-driven CTAs across blog and web pages in coordination with demand gen.
Performance Tracking
Monitor keyword rankings, traffic quality, CTRs, backlinks, and conversion metrics.
Use tools like GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Hotjar to analyze and act.
Share reports and actionable insights with the marketing team regularly.
We are looking for someone who has:
2-3 years of experience as an SEO Strategist, ideally in a B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environment with strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on SEO execution.
Solid knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content SEO best practices.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms.
Experience A/B testing CTAs, headlines, and page layouts to improve conversion rates.
Experience with major SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.).
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with content, dev, and demand gen teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities
Prior experience in AI, enterprise automation, or Intelligent Document Processing is good to have.
