Service Associate

The Service Associate role sits within the wider Client Experience division and will provide you with the opportunity to be the primary contact for clients with respect to data workflows. You will be dedicated experts with specialist, centralised knowledge who anticipate client’s operational needs, maintaining data processes and functions, allowing clients to thrive. You will be expected to adapt to client needs through a flexible approach to supporting data workflows to reduce overheads and to improve operational efficiency.  

Your key responsibilities as a Service Associate will be to:

• To work with clients, to create and publish documents on their behalf 
• Use online filing systems and e-mails to file regulatory documents with the relevant recipients 
• To compose the regulatory reports and disseminate them on behalf of clients  
• Ensure client expectations are met, by providing visibility of data available in our data warehouse
• Communicate with colleagues and clients through emails, MS Teams video conference meetings and chats 
• Must be able to manage your own time and workload to ensure tasks are delivered as per the SLA 
• To adhere to all general security responsibilities as documented in the company security policy 

To join us as a Service Associate you will need the following experience and skills:

• Proficient in MS Office (primarily Outlook, Teams & Excel) 
• Ability to read and write in French
• Possess basic knowledge of mutual funds and/or of the financial sector
• A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in the relevant industry 
• Very good written and spoken English communication skills
• Your background ideally will include experience in both manual and automated data entry
