Job Description - Service Cloud Solution Architect
Solution Design & Pre-build. You'll Design and architect comprehensive Salesforce solutions with a focus on Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Einstein.You'll pre-build and prototype Salesforce solutions to align with business goals. You'd do solution design and implement Salesforce data models, including roles, data sharing rules, following Salesforce best practices, developing a scalable, re-usable, highly efficient solution design. Drive the creation of complex solutions ensuring scalability, security, and performance.Oversee solution development and integrations with third-party systems to ensure seamless functionality. Research & Requirements. You'll participate discovery, design and delivery. You'll document clearly articulated, well defined solutions. You're always learning and researching new industry trends to make our solutions better. Provide expert guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices. Relationships. You'll create strong alliances with diverse stakeholders and ensure everyone is in this together and communicates most appropriately. You'll collaborate across multiple teams with developers, other product managers, and UX teams, to name some, to continually drive innovation and make the product the best it can be. Variety of work. There is no typical day. You could be working with UX teams, Technial Architect on client experience journeys, to delivering new features, product enhancements. Best part? Support our associates in times of need through Client's Philanthropic Foundation. 12+ years of oveall experience with predominant experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, experience cloud, and other Salesforce products. To thrive in this role, you have experience in implementing and maintaining cloud-based Salesforce CRM solutions (Service Cloud) with hands-on involvement in creating and executing successful strategies to deliver products to market in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate is versed in Salesforce product solution design, development, with a penchant for user experience. You are skilled at breaking down complex subject matters for non-technical audiences, clearly explaining ideas, creating compelling arguments, and delivering visual and verbal information for maximum impact. Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Einstein. Salesforce Administrator and Service Cloud Consultant certifications are mandatory. Other Salesforce certificatons such as data architect, solution architect is a big plus. Deep understanding of Salesforce data architecture, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules. Proven track record of designing and implementing complex Salesforce data models. Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and other enterprise systems. While working with emerging technologies, you understand the balance between experimentation and execution and you leverage data to drive your decision making in both domains. You inspire teams with a clear vision and execution plan for complex initiatives while encouraging your teams to start new initiatives to innovate and explore new ways of doing things. Experience in Human Capital Management is a plus.
