Role Description

This is a
full-time role for a Service Delivery Engineer. The Service Delivery Engineer
will be responsible for onsite implementation, troubleshooting, providing
technical support, managing IT services, and networking. The role is for Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai.

Qualifications

• 3yrs - 10yrs Experience in implementation,
  troubleshooting and technical support
  
• Key Skills: Network, Firewall, Cybersecurity or
  Server/Storage/HCI/Database or Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  
• Experience in networking and network
  security
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical
  skills
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal
  skills
  
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science,
  Information Technology, or related field
  
• Relevant certifications such as
  CCNA/CCNP, or CISSP are a plus.
  
• Specific technical certification on
  technologies like WAF, EDR/XDR, DLP, HCI, Server/Storage, Firewall,
  PAM/IAM, ZTNA, Zero Trust, DAM, OT security, SASE, SD-WAN, Cloud Security
  etc. will be a plus.
