Job Description

Responsibilities:

Actively address operational issues with internal and external partners to proactively and reactively recover system failures.

Develop and track detailed project plans, ensuring milestones are met and goals are achieved.

Manage timesheets for all team members involved in the project, ensuring accurate resource allocation and tracking.

Prepare and present project dashboards on a weekly/fortnightly basis to business and IT leaders for progress updates.

Lead project presentations during CAB and PMO calls, providing key project insights and progress.

Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless execution of projects and seamless integration.

Develop comprehensive project scopes and objectives, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are involved and technical feasibility is ensured.

Bachelors - Commerce, Bachelors - Economics, Bachelors - Finance, Masters - Business Administration, Masters - Business Analytics

Certifications
