Job Title: Service Delivery Manager / Project Manager
Job Description:
• Manage and drive complex system integration projects across teams and stakeholders
• Work in Agile environments using tools like JIRA and MS Project
• Collaborate with globally dispersed technology and business teams
• Drive project estimations, planning, budgeting, and execution
• Coordinate with clients on requirements and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Handle service delivery, incident management, and problem management activities
• Prepare and present performance and project status reports
• Manage client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Lead and coordinate internal teams for successful project delivery
• Ensure compliance with ITIL framework and best practices
Required Skills:
• Experience with complex system integrations
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and JIRA
• Experience in project budget management and estimation processes
• Proficiency in MS Project
• Strong understanding of Service Delivery and Client Relationship Management
• Experience in Incident and Problem Management
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Good understanding of ITIL framework and operational best practices
