Regular transaction monitoring, reconciliation, and prompt resolution of discrepancies.

Resolution of customer queries and service requests

Coordination with internal teams for issue resolution

Account maintenance, documentation, and compliance-related requirements

Support for periodic reporting and MIS requirements

Servicing of other institutional and government-related accounts managed at the branch.
