We are looking for an experienced Voice & Accent Coach to support L1 and L2 teams, including telephony -based support environments. The role focuses on improving communication clarity, customer interaction quality, and overall call handling performance.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Strong spoken and written English communication

• Expertise in voice modulation, accent neutralization & soft skills training

• Experience coaching telephony or voice support teams

• Understanding of service desk / call center environments

• Knowledge of call quality metrics, audits & customer interaction standards

• Excellent presentation, interpersonal & coaching skills
