Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Technical
  Support & Service: Respond to customer service requests, diagnose
  equipment issues, and perform repairs on -site or remotely.
  
• Maintenance
  & Installation: Install, test, and commission new machinery and
  perform routine preventative maintenance checks to ensure optimal
  performance.
  
• Customer
  Relations: Provide professional technical guidance, training, and
  support to clients to ensure high satisfaction.
  
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of service visits, repairs, and installations.
  
• Feedback: -  Give Site feedbacks back to
  Engineering and Quality for improvement.

• Ability
  to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Proficiency
  in reading technical drawings and schematics.
  
• Experience
  with PLC programming.
  
• Communication
  skills to deal with customers.
  
• Open
  for extensive travel in India and abroad.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Diploma/ ITI  in
  Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  
• Experience: 4+ years of experience in field service, maintenance, or troubleshooting
  in a similar industry.
  
• Technical
  Skills: Proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and testing mechanical,
  electrical, or hydraulic systems.
