Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and test professional audio equipment to manufacturer specifications.
Perform component-level repairs and preventive maintenance on products distributed by ANSATA.
Handle warranty and non-warranty service requests, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality workmanship.
Verify the performance of repaired equipment before dispatch and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, remote sessions, and onsite visits.
Carry out onsite inspections, fault diagnosis, commissioning support, and post-installation troubleshooting when required.
Coordinate with global manufacturers for technical escalations, warranty claims, firmware updates, and RMA processes.
Maintain accurate service records, repair reports, inspection reports, and customer communication in Zoho CRM and other internal systems.
Track and maintain repair documentation.
Work closely with the Sales, Application, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless customer support.
Support product demonstrations, technical workshops, and customer training whenever required.
Stay updated on new products, servicing procedures, firmware releases, and technical certifications from partner brands.
Ensure compliance with ANSATA's service processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Travel across India as required to support customer service, repairs, installations, and technical assignments.
