Job Description - Service Engineer(Electronics)

Role & responsibilities

Communicate with customers regarding product complaints.

Identify issues in received products and carry out necessary rectifications.

Perform soldering work to fix PCB-related problems and calibrate products when required.

Inspect assembled PCB boards and identify any defects or issues.

Provide training to fellow colleagues as needed.

Supervise manufacturing processes to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and with high quality standards.

Skills

Knowledge in Basics Of Electronics

Basics of C Language

Knowledge in Schematic Diagram

Problem Identifying and solving Skills

PCB Soldering

Effective Communication

Requirements

2-5 Yrs of Experience in Electronic & Hardware field.
