We are hiring a *Service Manager for HVAC Projects* for a leading manufacturing/engineering company in Chennai.

The ideal candidate will oversee HVAC project execution, service operations, and client coordination to ensure timely delivery and quality service.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Project Management*: Plan, execute, and monitor HVAC installation and service projects

- *Team Leadership*: Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians, engineers, and service staff

- *Client Coordination*: Act as SPOC for clients, handle site visits, requirements, and service issues

- *Quality & Compliance*: Ensure all projects meet safety standards, quality norms, and deadlines

- *Service Operations*: Manage AMC, breakdown service, preventive maintenance for HVAC systems

- *Reporting*: Prepare project reports, cost estimates, and progress updates for management

- *Vendor Management*: Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for materials and manpower

*Requirements:*

- *Experience*: 10-15 years in HVAC Projects and Service Management

- *Education*: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred

- *Skills*: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, project execution, team handling, and client management

- *Other*: Good communication skills, willing to travel to project sites in Chennai
