We are looking for a ServiceNow
HRSD Developer to design, build and maintain HR Service Delivery solutions on
the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with HR stakeholders and
offshore counterparts to deliver employee -centric service experiences across
the HR lifecycle.

modules including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center (ESC), HR
Integrations and Lifecycle Events
• Build and maintain HR
Catalog Items, Knowledge Articles and HR Workflows
• Configure Employee Document
Management and HR Scoped App customisations
• Develop and maintain Flow
Designer and Business Rules for HR automation
• Integrate HRSD with
third -party HR platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP) via IntegrationHub
or REST/SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with HR process
owners to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Maintain data integrity
across HR Profiles, Worker Sync and employee data pipelines
• Write and execute ATF
(Automated Test Framework) test cases for HRSD modules
• Participate in sprint
ceremonies, code reviews and technical documentation
Must -Have |
• 2–5 years of hands -on
ServiceNow development experience
• Minimum 3–5 years
dedicated HRSD module experience — non -negotiable
• Proficiency in JavaScript,
Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes
• Experience with HR Catalog,
HR Case Types, COEs and HR Task configuration
• Understanding of HR data
privacy, scoped app architecture and HR role model
• ServiceNow CSA or CIS -HR
certification preferred

• Knowledge of Now Mobile for
HR employee experience
• Familiarity with
Agile/Scrum delivery methodology
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow
HRSD Developer with deep, hands -on expertise in HR Service Delivery to lead
solution design, mentor junior developers and drive end -to -end HRSD
implementations. This role requires someone who can bridge technical depth with
HR domain knowledge and act as a subject matter expert for all things HRSD on
the platform.

HRSD ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN
• Lead end -to -end design and
implementation of HRSD solutions — HR Case Management, Employee Service Center,
Lifecycle Events, Document Management and HR Integrations
• Define HR Scoped App
architecture, HR role model and data segregation strategy
• Architect Lifecycle Event
workflows for complex onboarding, offboarding, transfers and role changes
• Own the HR Data model — HR
Profiles, Worker Sync, Position Management and HR criteria
DEVELOPMENT & TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP
• Develop complex Flow
Designer orchestrations, Subflows and integration spokes for HR systems
(Workday, SAP SF, Oracle HCM)
• Build reusable Script
Includes, Business Rules and client -side scripts optimised for HRSD performance
• Lead IntegrationHub
implementations connecting HRSD to external HR, payroll and identity systems
• Conduct code reviews and
enforce ServiceNow development best practices within the HRSD scoped app
• Drive ATF automation
strategy for regression coverage across HRSD modules
STAKEHOLDER & DELIVERY
• Act as technical SPOC for
HRSD between offshore delivery team and onshore HR product owners
• Translate complex HR
process requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow configurations
• Lead sprint planning,
estimation and technical risk identification for HRSD workstreams
• Mentor and upskill
junior/mid -level HRSD developers within the team
• Produce solution design
documents, integration specs and deployment runbooks
Must -Have |
• 5+ years of ServiceNow
development — with minimum 3 years dedicated HRSD
• Deep expertise across
full HRSD suite — Case Management, ESC, Lifecycle Events, Document Management,
HR Integrations
• Advanced JavaScript, Glide
API, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub
• Proven experience
integrating HRSD with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM
• Strong understanding of HR
data privacy (GDPR, data access controls, HR criteria)
• Hands -on with Lifecycle
Events — complex multi -activity onboarding/offboarding flows
• CIS -HR certification
mandatory | CSA and additional CIS certifications
strongly preferred

• Experience with Now Mobile
HR experience and Employee Center Pro
• Exposure to AI/ML features
in HRSD — Predictive Intelligence for case routing, Virtual Agent HR topics
• Knowledge of HR Service
Delivery benchmarking and process maturity assessment
• Prior experience in a
client -facing or lead architect role on HRSD implementations
