Platform Developer
Required Skills & Experience :
● 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer working on platform configuration
and custom development.
● Strong understanding of the Knowledge Management module, including article
lifecycle, categories, feedback, and workflows.
● Experience working with Service Portal, Glide APIs, Scripted REST APIs, Flow
Designer, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Notifications.
● Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP).
● Familiarity with role-based access control and platform security best practices.
● Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
● Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
● ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required
● ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Knowledge Management
Micro-Certification – a plus
● Experience with AI Search, Knowledge blocks, or multi-language knowledge bases
● Understanding of ITSM, CMDB, or other ServiceNow modules
