We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ServiceNow Trainer to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who has deep expertise in ServiceNow platforms and proven experience in delivering structured training programs to diverse audiences, including IT professionals, administrators, developers, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of technical expertise in ServiceNow and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging, practical, and easily understandable training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Delivery:
    • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs on various ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other specialized applications.
    • Conduct classroom, virtual, and blended training sessions tailored to the needs of technical teams, business users, and administrators.
    • Ensure that all training materials align with current ServiceNow versions, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Curriculum Development:
    • Create structured training plans, course content, manuals, hands-on labs, and assessments that support learning objectives.
    • Continuously update course material to reflect the latest ServiceNow features, upgrades, and emerging trends.
    • Develop practical exercises, case studies, and simulations to enhance learner engagement and application of knowledge.
  • Learner Support & Assessment:
    • Assess participant knowledge levels before, during, and after training to ensure effective learning outcomes.
    • Provide ongoing support, mentoring, and guidance to trainees to help them achieve ServiceNow certification and proficiency.
    • Gather feedback to evaluate training effectiveness and improve delivery methods.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Work closely with internal teams, ServiceNow implementation partners, and clients to identify training needs and customize programs accordingly.
    • Collaborate with leadership to align training initiatives with organizational goals and workforce development strategies.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, helping organizations maximize their investment in ServiceNow through effective knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 10 – 14 years of professional experience with a minimum of 7+ years working hands-on with ServiceNow platforms.
  • Proven track record as a technical trainer, corporate trainer, or instructor in IT or ServiceNow-related domains.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including configuration, administration, and development.
  • Experience designing, developing, and delivering training content both in-person and online.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they integrate with ServiceNow.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to engage audiences at different levels of expertise.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability to adjust training methods based on learner needs.
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD, ITSM) strongly preferred.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching teams for ServiceNow certification readiness is highly desirable.
