Job Description - Service Revenue Manager

Drive service P&L ownership with clear revenue and margin targets

Build profitable AMC, extended warranty, subscription, and upgrade models

Design pricing and packaging to maximize customer lifetime value

Develop and execute GTM strategy for service offerings

Identify new markets, segments, and channels for service expansion

Forecast service demand using installed base and lifecycle insights

Create cross-sell and upsell revenue streams across product portfolio

Requirements

Proven track record of scaling service-led revenue businesses
Strong GTM, pricing, and monetization expertise
Experience in consumer durables / electrical appliances preferred
Strong commercial acumen with execution focus

Must have experience in

Service revenue, profit centre, GTM strategy, revenue growth, Develop pricing models,

Exp in service marketing/business development
