Service Technician

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Field Service Technician to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks at client sites, ensuring smooth operation of machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform regular AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) visits at customer sites as per the schedule.
   




2. Clean, repair, replace, or maintain machine components to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
   




3. Conduct periodic inspections, identify faults or potential failures, and execute necessary repairs.
   




4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site without disrupting the customer’s business operations.
   




5. Ensure efficient and timely service delivery, maintaining a professional approach at all times.
   




6. Must own a two-wheeler for travel to various sites.
   




7. Collaborate with internal teams and maintain proper service records and reports.
   

Education & Experience:

• Qualification: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
  




• Experience: Hands-on experience with heavy machinery maintenance and servicing across different sites is mandatory.
