Job Description - ServiceNow

Strong expertise across ServiceNow modules: ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM

Hands -on experience in end -to -end ServiceNow platform delivery (development + operations)

Proficient in workflow design, form customization, business rules, and portal development

Advanced scripting skills using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and automation tools Strong experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub Experience in Service Portal / Employee Service Center (ESC) customization Deep understanding of ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, and Change Management

Expertise in managing SLA -driven environments and production support (L2/L3 models)

Experience in platform performance optimization, monitoring, and stability management

Strong knowledge of release management, environment strategy, and platform upgrades

Experience implementing platform governance, coding standards, and best practices

Familiarity with enterprise integrations (Workday, SAP, Active Directory, etc.) Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Experience in automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, HRSD) preferred

Mandatory Skill - Strong expertise across ServiceNow modules: ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM
