We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator for our client Microland. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on administration and development experience across the ServiceNow platform.

*Mandatory Skills:*
Expertise in ServiceNow *ITSM, SPM, and ITAM modules including SAM, HAM, and ALM*. Proven experience in catalogue item creation, editing, and troubleshooting break-fix issues related to ServiceNow catalogue items. Strong hands-on with *Flow Designer and Workflows*.

*Good to Have:* Experience in WSD, HRSD, Source-to-Pay, APO, and custom application development.
