Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and HRSD
Define and govern ServiceNow architectural standards, best practices, and platform roadmap
Design scalable, secure, and high -performance ServiceNow solutions for large enterprise environments
Act as the primary technical authority for ServiceNow -related decisions and solution design
Architect and oversee complex integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
Drive ITOM architecture including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB strategy
Ensure CMDB data model integrity, governance, and lifecycle management
Lead ITAM implementations including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM)
Design and optimize Customer Service Management (CSM) workflows and omni -channel support solutions
Architect HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions including case management, employee portal, and knowledge
Review code, configurations, and customizations to ensure quality, performance, and security
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development and implementation teams
Collaborate with business and leadership stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
17+ years of overall IT experience with extensive hands -on experience in ServiceNow
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect handling large -scale enterprise implementations
Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and HRSD modules
Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, security, and data model
Strong scripting experience using JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide APIs
Hands -on experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and ACLs
Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, or CTA preferred
