Summary
As a Manager specializing in ServiceNow HAM/SAM, you will support clients in
transforming their IT asset lifecycle processes by leveraging ServiceNow’s Hardware Asset Management and
Software Asset Management capabilities. You will work closely with business and technical teams to gather
requirements, translate needs into functional designs, and support the delivery of scalable HAM/SAM
solutions.

The Opportunity

You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Technology Leadership and Strategy team you will support clients in transforming their IT asset lifecycle processes through ServiceNow capabilities. As a Manager you will engage with clients to understand their needs, translating them into functional designs that enhance operational efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, driving impactful solutions that enhance asset management strategies.

Responsibilities

- Support clients in transforming IT asset lifecycle processes

- Engage with clients to gather and understand their requirements

- Translate client needs into functional designs for enhancement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency

- Drive impactful solutions that improve asset management strategies

- Mentor team members to develop their skills and knowledge

- Analyze project performance and implement necessary adjustments

- Uphold rigorous standards of service delivery and client satisfaction

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration

- 6 years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst or Functional Consultant

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

-Solid understanding of ITIL, ITAM, and software licensing concepts (SaaS, enterprise software, OEM
models).

What Sets You Apart

- ServiceNow certifications such as CIS – HAM, CIS – SAM, CSA

- Familiarity with ITIL, ITAM, and software licensing concepts

- Experience in consulting or global delivery models

- Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules such as CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, or Procurement

- Additional certifications in ITIL, ITAM, or software licensing frameworks preferred
