Job Description:

Thorough understanding of ServiceNow OOTB change module
Good knowledge of different change models (Normal, Standard, Emergency, etc.)
Knowledge of change -related integrations
Stakeholder management skills (operations, end customers, technical teams)
Design thinking for technical solutions
Ability to produce LLD for developers
Domain separation knowledge
Telecom knowledge (advantage)
TMF framework knowledge (advantage)
