Location: Ahmedabad/Nagpur/Pune - Hybrid

Experience: 5+ years

Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform for ITSM, ITOM, SPM, GRC, and Asset Management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using client scripts, business rules, script includes, UI Policies/Actions, REST API.
Create and maintain Catalog Items with Flow Designer.
Configure Automated Test Framework for testing.
Design and tweak sections of the Employee Center Portal Page.
Configure reports using native reporting capabilities and Performance Analytics.
Conduct code reviews and quality control checks.
Debug and fix technical problems.
Produce and run unit/system test cases to ensure software quality.
Document code and application functionality.
Participate in ServiceNow Release upgrades and patch deployment.
Promote and package code from one environment to another.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development.

Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
🕒 5+ years of total IT experience with at least 3 years in ServiceNow Development, configurations, and enhancements.
💡 Proficient in JavaScript, REST API, and Flow Designer.
🏅 Certified ServiceNow Administrator (Must).
🏆 Certified Application Developer (Nice to have).
📚 Working understanding of the ITIL framework.
🛠️ Experience with JIRA and ServiceNow Agile 2.0 for SDLC.
