About the role

• Minimum 3 yrs of experience in IT Infrastructure & application management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimumm 3Years in development with ServiceNOW Platform with focus on the IRM (Risk and governance) & and common service level agreement (SLA) measurements.
• Needs to have integration skills with other apps via API using REST/ SOAP
• Must have Good communication skills
• Experience working with customers to understand requirements and implementing solutions / initiatives in ServiceNOW
• Understanding of Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
• Experience with ITIL and IRM / ITSM

Preferred 

• Experience in developing ServiceNOW technologies to drive digital transformation
• Planning, organizing, and managing work in an Agile Scrum work model utilizing Sprint and Kanban processes ServiceNOW Certifications
