ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and maintain ServiceNow applications that improve business processes and IT service delivery. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects, collaborate with cross\-functional teams, and drive automation and efficiency across IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications including custom apps, workflows, UI policies, and client scripts.
  




• Implement and configure Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB modules.
  




• Work with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations to build robust solutions.
  




• Ensure alignment with ITIL processes and best practices.
  




• Troubleshoot, test, and optimize ServiceNow solutions for performance and scalability.
  

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands\-on ServiceNow development experience.
  




• Strong expertise in Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB modules.
  




• Proficiency in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and API\-based integrations (REST/SOAP).
  




• Good understanding of ITIL processes.
  




• Strong problem\-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  




• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
