ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITAM, SAM Pro, and HAM Pro modules.
  

• Develop workflows, business rules, UI actions, client scripts, and server -side scripts.
  

• Implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
  

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  

• Ensure compliance with best practices in ServiceNow development and administration.
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve platform -related issues.
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands -on experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
  

• Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITAM processes, including SAM Pro and HAM Pro.
  

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and scripting in ServiceNow.
  

• Experience in ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
  

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or relevant Implementation Specialist certifications preferred.
  

• Strong problem -solving skills and ability to work independently.
