We architect, implement, and optimize ServiceNow platforms to streamline IT operations, enhance workforce productivity, and enable intelligent automation via AI-powered workflows and low-code innovation.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications across ITIL modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB) and custom business workflows.


• Build scalable solutions using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Scripted Business Rules—ensuring alignment with security, performance, and governance standards.


• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (e.g., Azure AD, Jira, SAP, Splunk) using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.


• Optimize platform performance through glide scripts, UI policies, client scripts, and backend automation (Scheduled Jobs, Data Policies).


• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow enhancements.


• Support release management, perform UAT coordination, and maintain documentation for deployments and knowledge transfer.
