ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our
engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development,
and implementation of custom applications and integrations. You will work with
modern ServiceNow features like UI Builder and Flow Designer to deliver
automated, efficient solutions that drive organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Custom
  Application Development: Design and develop applications on the
  ServiceNow platform, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned
  with architectural best practices
  
• Platform
  Modernization: Use UI Builder and Workspace configuration to build
  intuitive, high-performance user interfaces and agent experiences
  
• Scripting: Develop workflows and business logic using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and
  ServiceNow server/client-side scripting
  
• Automation
  & Integration: Implement integrations with third-party systems
  using REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub
  
• Workflow
  Orchestration: Build automated processes via Flow Designer and support
  request fulfillment through the Service Catalog
  
• Process
  Alignment: Apply working knowledge of ITSM processes and CMDB to help
  maintain data integrity and platform health
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience within the ServiceNow platform in a
  developer capacity
  
• Technical
  Proficiency: Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow-specific
  APIs (GlideRecord, GlideAggregate, etc.)
  
• App
  Engine: Experience building and deploying Custom Applications
  
• Modern
  Toolset: Working experience with UI Builder and Workspace
  configuration
  
• Integration
  & Automation: Working knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub,
  and REST/SOAP web service integrations
  
• Foundational
  Knowledge: Solid understanding of the ServiceNow data model, CMDB
  structures, and core ITSM modules
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is highly preferred
  
• Advanced
  Certification: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is a
  plus
  
• Quality
  Assurance: Exposure to the Automated Test Framework (ATF)
  
• Front-End
  Extension: Knowledge of Service Portal or custom components for UI
  Builder
