Role Overview
Builds ServiceNow App Engine workflows, orchestration and integrations that support the underwriting platform.
Experience Profile
6–8 years of ServiceNow development experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop on ServiceNow App Engine: workflows, Flow Designer and orchestration.
Build and integrate REST / SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub spokes.
Configure and customise applications; scripting (JavaScript), business rules and UI.
Maintain CMDB hygiene and follow platform best practice.
Collaborate with the Tech Lead and Business Analyst on requirements.
Required Skills
ServiceNow App Engine, Flow Designer / orchestration and IntegrationHub.
API integration and JavaScript scripting.
Strong understanding of workflow and process automation.
Preferred / Nice-to-have
CSA / CAD certification.
Module specialisation (ITSM / ITOM / custom apps).
