Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to lead front-end development and customization of the ServiceNow Employee Center. This role involves building intuitive, user-friendly portals, integrating with external platforms, and ensuring scalable, secure solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Employee Center portals, including UI customization and configuration


• Build and customize Service Portal widgets, implement UI policies, and develop client/server-side scripts


• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party platforms to enable seamless employee experiences


• Collaborate with architects and product managers to ensure technical feasibility and adherence to best practices


• Stay current with ServiceNow releases, new features, and emerging technologies


• Support automation and AI-driven enhancements within the platform

Required Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow front-end development


• Expertise in Employee Center portal development and customization


• Strong knowledge of Service Portal widgets, UI policies, and scripting


• Experience configuring ServiceNow modules and implementing integrations


• Familiarity with ServiceNow architecture and secure development practices
