Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and customize solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Hardware Asset Management (HAM/HAM Pro) modules. The ideal candidate will build end-to-end platform configurations, automated workflows, and complex enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and customize ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog).
  

• Implement and support ITOM capabilities, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and MID Server Administration.
  

• Configure CMDB and CSDM alignment to ensure data quality, health, and governance.
  

• Implement HAM/HAM Pro lifecycle processes, including procurement, inventory management, stockrooms, and audits.
  

• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and IntegrationHub workflows.
  

• Build and manage REST/SOAP web service integrations and Scripted APIs.
  

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow application development and customization.
  

• Strong technical scripting background in JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow API frameworks.
  

• Proven experience across ITSM, ITOM (Discovery/Service Mapping), CMDB/CSDM, and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
  

• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP web services, and MID Server setup.
  

• Strong understanding of ITIL v4 processes and Agile software development practices.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  

• CIS certifications in ITSM, Discovery, Service Mapping, or Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
  

• Experience with HAM Pro implementation, SAM Pro, or ITAM optimization.
