This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical thinking, hands\u2011on technical capability and a commitment to delivering reliable, secure and efficient platform solutions.\n\n## What you will do\n\n * Develop, configure and customise ServiceNow applications in line with business requirements.\n * Deliver and optimise complex ServiceNow integrations using industry\u2011standard methods.\n * Build and maintain Service Portal components, widgets and user interfaces.\n * Apply advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle to ensure robust and scalable outcomes.\n * Utilise understanding of various SCDL methodologies to support structured delivery.\n * Troubleshoot issues, analyse root causes and implement sustainable solutions.\n * Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross\u2011functional teams.\n * Provide guidance and leadership to team members where required.\n * Manage priorities and timelines to meet project objectives.\n\n\n\n## Who you are\n\n * Minimum 3-4 years\u2019 experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Administrator.\n * Strong expertise in ServiceNow integrations and Service Portal development.\n * Strong Expertise with Javascript\n * Advanced understanding of the software development lifecycle.\n * Good awareness of SCDL methodologies.\n * Demonstrates critical thinking and structured problem\u2011solving abilities.\n * Experienced in team collaboration and capable of supporting or guiding colleagues.\n * Strong organisational and time\u2011management skills.\n * Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.\n * Preferred qualifications: ServiceNow CSA certification and Service Portal micro\u2011certification.\n\n\n\n## Not a Perfect Fit?\n\nVodafone is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
