ServiceNow Developer (Workflow & AI Specialist)

Role Overview:

 This role focuses on leveraging the latest capabilities from Zurich/Yokohama releases to build modern, scalable, and intelligent workflows, going beyond traditional ITSM configurations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement workflows using Flow Designer and Process Automation Designer (PAD)
  
• Build custom Playbooks and Declarative Actions
  
• Develop custom applications using App Engine
  
• Create UI using UI Builder, Workspace, and custom screens
  
• Implement Now Assist and AI Studio capabilities
  
• Explore Agentic AI for workflow automation
  
• Work with IntegrationHub and ensure proper data binding
  
• Develop logic using JavaScript and Glide APIs
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience (not admin/support)
  
• Strong expertise in:
  • Flow Designer & PAD
    
  • Playbooks & Declarative Actions
    
  • UI Builder & Workspace
    
  • App Engine
    
• Experience with:
  • IntegrationHub
    
  • Data binding
    
• Strong JavaScript & Glide API skills
  

Preferred

• Zurich / Yokohama experience
  
• Now Assist, AI Studio, Agentic AI
  
• CSA / CAD certifications
  
• ATF, CMDB knowledge
