Job Description - ServiceNow Developer_TSM/CSM

ServiceNow Senior Developer:

Minimum Experience - 5 yrs

Maximum Experience - 12 yrs

Location - Bangalore, Pune

Mandatory Skills – ServiceNow, TSM/CSM expertise, advanced scripting (JavaScript), REST/SOAP API integrations, Service Portals/UI policies, ITIL, CSA & CSM/TSM certifications preferred.

Requirements

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

Strong expertise with ServiceNow TSM and/or CSM module.

Experience in ServiceNow APIs, scripting, REST/SOAP integrations.

Preferably holding ServiceNow CSA, CSM and/or TSM related certification.

Proficiency in working with Service Portals, UI Policies, Business Rules and/or client scripts as per customization need.

ITIL knowledge around Incident/Case or Change/Problem management or CMDB.

Need to be very strong in scripting.
