Job Title: ServiceNow HAM Pro / HAM -SLTN Developer

Experience: 4–5 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow HAM Pro / HAM -SLTN Developer with strong expertise in Flow Designer development, Catalog development, scripting, and workflow customization. The role requires hands -on experience in building and customizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on Hardware Asset Management (HAM), CMDB, and Service Catalog.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist with a focus on ITOM, ITAM, and HAM.
Develop, customize, and administer core ServiceNow modules including:
- Hardware/Software Asset Management,
- CMDB,
- Service Catalog,
- Idea, Demand, Project Portfolio Management,
- Content Management System.
Design and implement client scripts, business rules, script includes, UI actions, UI macros, UI pages, and portals/sites with clean and well -documented code.
Customize HAM workflows, client scripts, and create custom modules/solutions in ServiceNow.
Perform troubleshooting, defect fixing, and enhancements for ServiceNow applications.
Work extensively on integrations with 3rd party tools, applications, and systems using SOAP and REST web services.
Prepare design documents, test cases, and perform unit testing.
Ensure compliance with ITIL methodologies and processes, with hands -on ITIL process implementation.
Contribute to technical delivery including documentation of cost -effective ServiceNow solutions.
Work in a SAFe Agile methodology environment.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands -on experience with JavaScript (server -side and client -side scripting).
Proficiency in Flow Designer and Service Catalog development.
Experience with ServiceNow Development APIs and Integration Hub.
Knowledge of Fullstack development (JavaScript, ReactJS, JSON, SQL/MySQL) – preferred.
Expertise in Content Management System / Portal Development / ServiceNow Workspace Builder.
Experience with LDAP integration.
Strong troubleshooting and problem -solving skills.
Hands -on experience with design, development, and deployment on the ServiceNow platform.
